# How i can create quick model from autocad?

Drawing very common in the project is creating from autocad software in its by designer, as engineer is very helpful if the model autocad captured into autopipe, quick and reduce human error

AutoPIPE has the ability to import from many intelligent plant design tools and can also import "non intelligent" data directly from CAD systems like AutoCAD.  Import your geometry as a 3D .pcf file from ADSK Plant 3D.  We can even import the very basic geometry in the form of 3D coordinates via our MS Excel import.  This can come from any source even survey data of pipelines and is very effective in creating a stress model from the most basic information when a plant tool has not been used.
